Today, not too many artists are concerned with shifting the culture nor truly changing a game that at times can become monotonous when the creators easily conform with the norm. I always keep my eyes on the ones who bring a new sound and are not afraid to push the limits. I find that with South Jersey newcomer Tone Stith, a singer/songwriter, producer and musician signed to Jas Prince’s label Young Empire Music Group.
Of course, they would have to snatch this young prodigy up quickly because before we know it, he will be sweeping the airwaves with his new sounds. Tone Stith is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming project “California 70.”
The 20-year-old talent has already written for the likes of Chris Brown and opened repeatedly for Bryson Tiller on the TrapSoul tour. Today he is back with the first single from “California 70” a smooth cut that’ll leave you saying “Ooh Ahh” and have you back “Thru The Door” to listen again. “Ooh Ahh” was wrote and produced by Tone Stith and The PRBLM SLVRS.
