Hollywood star Michael Cera produces Willow Smith’s new single which she describe on her instagram as “some vibes to accompany you on your escapades.” “TwentyFourtyEight 2.0” most likely on her debut album Ardipithecus.
“Twentyfortyeight 2.0” contains a simple, almost lullaby-like beat. Smith sing-talks stream-of-consciousness lyrics above harmonies of hums. “That isn’t genuine,” she says calmly during the song’s last couplet. “That doesn’t/Nurture the human soul.”
Smith recently tweeted about Cera, calling him “extremely beautiful” last week before tweeting out the title of one of his movies, Youth in Revolt.
